If you elect to receive messages from BestInfo, Inc. via your cellular telephone or other wireless electronic device, you acknowledge that your provider of such messaging service may charge you an extra fee or fees for text messages (including e-mail messages) delivered to your cellular telephone or other wireless device. Any and all such billing charges are your sole responsibility and are not the responsibility of BestInfo, Inc. Subscribers hereby acknowledge that mortgage rates and points are the proprietary opinions of BestInfo, Inc. and do not constitute the specific mortgage rates or points of any other entity.
